Returning teams
must make their $200 deposit by August 5th to retain their spot. Teams
are only guaranteed their spot in the same night they last played in.
Teams are not guaranteed to play on the same field as last season. You
desire a specific field please send us a request. Night change requests
are based on availability and not guaranteed.
New teams will
be moved into available slots on a first-come, first-served basis in
order of the deposit date/time. New teams should follow the instructions
to create their roster. We will know a few days after the registration
deadline who makes it into the league. We will do everything possible
to fit as many teams as we can!
We'll be contacting
you with the email address that you used to make the deposit. If you
have a different email that you would like to use, please let us know
ASAP. Email is our primary form of communication with coaches, so it
is important that we have an accurate email address.
All team rosters,
shirt sizes, and team colors must be entered into the Team Entry system
at kickballrosters.com/baltimore by August 11th. This
information is used for the shirt order so any changes to team counts
or shirt sizes after this date must be approved by KLOB. Your roster
and password are there from last season so you will just need to make
changes. If an existing team has a new captain and you need the password
please contact us so you can use the existing roster.You must enter
the transaction ID from Paypal into the system so we know which team
each deposit goes to.
The mandatory Coaches
Meeting and T-Shirt pick-up is on August 30th. Coaches or Assistant
Coaches must attend or authorize a representative from their team to
attend in their place. Every team must have a representative at the
meeting or your team will forfeit its first game so plan ahead. The
remainder of your payment is due along with your signed team roster
printed from the Team Entry System.
